PRIVATE DANCE LESSONS & COACHING
Private Lessons: Brush up on class content, learn new moves, hone in on technique, learn how to adjust the way you're doing the movement to suit you better, revision and receive general personalised feedback.
Coaching: Develop your dance by understanding your goals and you'll be guided step-by-step on how to achieve them with dedicated check in on your current dance goals, any areas of challenge or concern, including tracking your progress. You'll dive deeper into personal needs to achieve these goals, this could be specific foot exercises done daily, or other 'non-dance' exercises that will help you achieve your goals. These sessions are highly personalised and focused on progressing from point A where you're at now to point B, your next goal. This is great for really analysing how you can get your body moving in a different ways, with very personalised technique & follow up twice weekly (or in one 60min session if you prefer) to keep you progressing.
