International Women's Day ~ Special Zouk Workshop
Join us as we celebrate International Women's Day on Friday 8th March 2024
Women's Day special workshop - where we celebrate women's power and versatility through movement. This workshop is open to all women with previous Zouk experience, from starters to advanced levels.
Led by our very own Juliana Lima - a world renowned dance instructor specialising in Brazilian dance styles and with a background in Fitness, the workshop will include warm-up exercises, technique, fundamental concepts, and styling in the first hour.
In the second hour, we will delve into the role of women in partner dancing, exploring concepts of leading and following. It's a moment to discover more ways to express yourself and feel empowered on the dance floor.
