Volunteer Terms and Conditions

Health and Safety

Volunteers agree to follow all health and safety guidelines as provided by Rio Rhythmics and to report any accidents or injuries immediately to the event coordinators.

Code of Conduct

Volunteers must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner, adhering to Rio Rhythmics' policies regarding non-discrimination, harassment, and conduct.

Confidentiality

Volunteers agree to keep confidential any information they are exposed to while volunteering, unless given permission to disclose this information.

Intellectual Property

Any materials, documents, or other intellectual property created by the volunteer during their service are the property of Rio Rhythmics.

Insurance and Liability

Volunteers understand that Rio Rhythmics does not provide any form of insurance coverage for volunteers and that they participate at their own risk.

Acknowledgment and Agreement

By agreeing and/or participating as a volunteer, individuals acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above.
